How long does shipping take?

Most products are made to order, so please allow time for production before your order ships. Delivery times vary depending on the product and destination.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking information by email.

Do you offer free shipping?

Free shipping is available on U.S. orders of $40 or more. Shipping charges for orders below $40 are calculated and displayed at checkout.

Where do you ship?

We currently ship within the United States and to select international destinations. Available shipping options and rates will be shown at checkout.

Are your products made to order?

Many Bourbon & Greens products are produced specifically for your order through our manufacturing and fulfillment partners. Because of this, processing times may vary by item.

Can I return or exchange an item?

Yes. Eligible items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery, subject to our return policy.

Who pays for return shipping?

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

Contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll review it and work with you on a replacement or other appropriate resolution.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Because many products enter production quickly, changes or cancellations may not always be possible once an order has been submitted.

How do your hats fit?

Fit varies slightly by style. Adjustable hats are designed to fit most adults, while fitted or stretch-fit styles will include available sizing information on the product page.

How should I care for my hat?

For best results, spot clean hats with mild soap and cold water and allow them to air dry. Avoid machine washing or high heat unless the product instructions specifically state otherwise.

Will the product look exactly like the photos?

We work to represent colors and designs as accurately as possible. Minor differences can occur due to screen settings, materials, embroidery, printing, or production variation.
