Every Bourbon & Greens product is made just for you when you place your order. This helps reduce waste while ensuring every item meets our quality standards.
Processing Time
- Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days.
- During new product launches or holidays, processing may take a little longer.
Shipping
- Standard shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
- Free shipping on orders of $100 or more (U.S. only).
- Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your order.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we'll make it right.
Because our products are made to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:
- Ordering the wrong size
- Changing your mind
- Buyer remorse
Please review sizing charts carefully before placing your order.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If there's an issue with your order, email us at support@bourbonandgreens.net within 14 days and include:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Photos of the item
We'll work quickly to replace or refund eligible orders.
Cancellations
Because production begins shortly after an order is placed, cancellations or order changes may not be possible once your order enters production.
