Shipping

Most Bourbon & Greens products are made to order. Please allow 2–5 business days for production before your order ships.

Most U.S. orders arrive within 7–12 business days from the date of purchase. Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on the product, fulfillment location, destination, and carrier delays.

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout. Orders containing two eligible hats or shirts qualify for free shipping as part of our current 2-Item Deal.

Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.

Some products are fulfilled from different locations. If your order contains multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages and on different days. Tracking information will be provided for each shipment when available.

Please review your shipping address carefully before submitting your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order enters production.

Returns and Exchanges

Because many Bourbon & Greens products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for ordering the wrong size or color, or for a change of mind. Please review product details, sizing information, colors, and your shipping address carefully before placing your order.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, contact us within 30 days of delivery so we can make it right.

Email support@bourbongreens.com and include:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photos showing the problem

Please do not return an item until we provide instructions.

Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow several business days for your bank or card provider to process the refund.

Order Changes and Cancellations

Because many items enter production shortly after an order is placed, we may not be able to change or cancel an order once production has begun.

If you need to request a change or cancellation, contact support@bourbongreens.com as soon as possible after placing your order.
