Shipping

Most Bourbon & Greens products are made to order. Please allow 2–5 business days for production before your order ships.

Most U.S. orders arrive within 7–12 business days from the date of purchase. Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on the product, fulfillment location, destination, and carrier delays.

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout. Orders containing two eligible hats or shirts qualify for free shipping as part of our current 2-Item Deal.

Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.

Some products are fulfilled from different locations. If your order contains multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages and on different days. You will receive tracking information for each shipment when available.

Please review your shipping address carefully before submitting your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order enters production.

Returns

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unused, and returned in their original condition.

To start a return, contact us with your order number and reason for the return. Please wait for return instructions before mailing anything back, as products may be fulfilled from different locations.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable.

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow several business days for your bank or card provider to process the refund.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We’ll make it right. Contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos showing the problem.

If your item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, Bourbon & Greens will cover the applicable replacement or return shipping costs. Please do not return the item until we provide instructions.
