At Bourbon & Greens, every order is made just for you. This helps reduce waste while ensuring each product is created with care before it's shipped.
Order Processing
Most orders are processed within 2–5 business days before shipping.
During holidays, promotions, or periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly longer.
Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Times
Estimated shipping times after production:
- United States: 3–7 business days
- Canada: 5–10 business days
- International: 7–20 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather, customs processing, holidays, or carrier delays.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and destination.
From time to time, Bourbon & Greens may offer free shipping promotions. Any applicable offers will be displayed on our website.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking information so you can follow your package every step of the way.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after receiving your shipping confirmation.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.
If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible at support@bourbonandgreens.net. If your order has not yet entered production, we'll do our best to update the address.
Once an order has shipped, we cannot guarantee address changes.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package appears to be delayed or lost, please contact us at support@bourbonandgreens.net.
We'll work with the shipping carrier and our fulfillment partner to help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Please note that Bourbon & Greens is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, severe weather, customs processing, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Multiple Shipments
If your order contains multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages. This allows us to ship products as soon as they're ready from our fulfillment partners.
If this happens, you'll receive tracking information for each shipment.
