At Bourbon & Greens, every item is made especially for you once you place your order. Because our products are made on demand, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse, incorrect size selection, or change of mind.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, we've got you covered.
Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Photos of the item and packaging (if applicable)
We'll review your request and, if approved, replace the item or issue a refund at no additional cost.
Size Exchanges
Please review our sizing charts before placing your order. Since each item is made to order, we cannot offer exchanges for incorrect size selection.
If you believe you received an item that was mislabeled or manufactured incorrectly, contact us within 30 days and we'll make it right.
Lost Packages
If your tracking information shows your package was delivered but you haven't received it, please first check with neighbors or your local carrier.
If your order appears to be lost in transit, contact us and we'll work with our fulfillment partner to investigate and help resolve the issue.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method. Depending on your financial institution, it may take several business days for the refund to appear.
